BIRMINGHAM AND SWANSEA . around ONE / PENNY within a double line circle.  The top of PENNY lines to the space after I and the edge of the first limb of A in SWANSEA.

Extremely Fine w traces of luster no longer evident. Nice light brown semi glossy surfaces. Rare.  $200.
